We are located 20 kilometers from the border with Georgia, at the top of the picturesque Debed Canyon. The climate in this geographical part of Armenia is characterized by mild winters without frost and comfortable summers with cool nights.

Nearby are several UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Armenia — the monasteries of Haghpat and Sanahin. Within walking distance is the Akhtala fortress-monastery, as well as the castle of Mikael Aramyants just 500 meters from our guest house. Half an hour away, in the village of Sanahin, the house-museum of the Mikoyan brothers is open to visitors.

Our region is famous for its lakes with blooming lotuses and sources of drinking mineral waters, where we will be happy to arrange a picnic for you. In the heat, swimming in a mountain river near Cypress will not leave you indifferent either.

Extreme sports enthusiasts can find caves and trails for hiking, mountain biking, off-road driving. On our territory you can pitch tents for a comfortable and safe rest.
