Tigran Simonyan began his career as a hiking guide in 2002, serving as an expedition leader for the "Champhord" Eco-Hiking Center.

Since 2016, he has expanded his expertise to high-altitude trekking, guiding expeditions to 5,000m+ peaks, including Mount Ararat, Kazbek, Elbrus, and Damavand.

Professional Milestones

2017 – Present: Ski touring and ski mountaineering guide in Armenia and Georgia.

2019: Founded Azhdahak Guesthouse, which serves as the primary foothills base for climbing the Geghama Mountains and is a key component of "Azhdahak Operation."

2024: Founding member of the Armenian Association of Mountain Guides (AAMG).

2025: Appointed General Secretary of the Ski Mountaineering Federation of Armenia.
